Royal Mail Strike Action

As we are all aware the greeting card industry relies heavily on the service provided by Royal Mail.

While we support the ongoing trade discussions between the CWU and the Government as everyone has a right to fair pay. We are not denying the impact that the strike action has had on our industry during this busy 'send a card' period of which we rely heavily on the post.

We have found that some cards are getting through and some aren't. Whether this is due to localised backlogs at depots we really have no idea and sadly have no control over the situation.

While we have tried to fulfil orders as soon as they arrive in the system to help enable them the best possible chance to arrive as quickly as possible we have found that some cards are taking up to 2 weeks to arrive.

We have tried to help customers who have had delays and we have had many requests for advice on delivery dates but unfortunately this situation is completely out of our control. We apologise for anyone who may have missed occasions and we really appreciate your understanding at this time.
